In Paso Canoas, Costa Rica, a shooting occurred in an unlicensed bar, resulting in two fatalities. The victims were identified as Luis Fernando Fuentes Martínez and Angie del Carmen Rojas Vásquez, both 33 years old. Their bodies were found inside the establishment. According to initial reports, Angie del Carmen was shot in the back, likely in the heart. Luis Fernando was found dead with a gunshot wound to the head. Currently, no one has been detained, and police have no information about the perpetrators. Witnesses were also unable to say how the shooters escaped the bar. The case is being investigated by the Judicial Investigation Organization (OIJ) and the Costa Rican police.
